Return\Exchange Policy

Iris Impressions will always go the extra mile to satisfy our loyal customers. We want you to know that you can be confident in what you are buying and that you will always get what you pay for when shopping at Irisimpressions.com. If not completely satisfied, let us know so we can make it right. Feel free to contact our Sales Department at Sales@irisimpressions.com to arrange an exchange. We’ll happily send you another color, a different length, a new fabric or an entirely different style. It's up to you!

Please keep in mind that many of our fabric prints are one-of-a-kind so it very likely that we may no longer have the exact item that you ordered in stock. We want you to love what you have ordered so we will do our best to find you a pleasing replacement item.

 

GENERAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

PURCHASED ONLINE OR BY PHONE:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the unused, unworn item WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE. Tags should still be on garments. Items purchased through Irisimpressions.com will ONLY be eligible for a merchandise credit or exchange.  Once your merchandise is received in our warehouse, we will send out a replacement via standard shipping at no cost to you.( Does not apply if you are having your item shipped via Express delivery). Any items returned in any condition other than that originally sent will not be eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit. Items must be returned with a photocopy of the original receipt/invoice, contact information and an reason for the exchange. Any products that are sent back that do not follow our return guidelines will not be processed and no credit or exchange will be given. Please see Return Guidelines below.

We ask that you contact our Sales Department at sales@irisimpressions.com prior to sending back any merchandise so that we can prepare for the arrival of your package and get your replacement out to you sooner. This will also allow us the opportunity to discuss your replacement options and our available inventory with you. You are more than welcome to check out the selections on our website before contacting us and if possible, we can hold the item of your choice for you.

 

PURCHASED FROM A VENDOR/RETAIL LOCATION:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the return policy of the retailer where you made your purchase. Each retail location is independently owned and operated so we do ask that you first contact the location where you purchased the item and allow them the opportunity to assist you with your concerns. We do understand that it is not always possible to contact the retail location so we will allow you to exchange unused, unworn item(s) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT. Items must be returned with a photocopy of the original receipt, contact information and a letter explaining the reason for the exchange. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR THIS MERCHANDISE AFTER 14 DAYS. Any items that are sent back that do not follow our return guidelines will not be processed and no exchange will be provided. Please refer to Return Guidelines below.

Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. Iris Impressions charges a return shipping fee of $10 for the 1st clothing item and $5 for each additional item,  $5 for DVD's. NO EXCEPTIONSPlease enclose an accepted form of payment to cover the cost of your return(s). Items being shipped 2-day or overnight have additional fees.

IMPORTANT: Check the tag sewn into your garment to confirm that it is Iris impressions merchandise before returning any item(s) to Iris Impressions. We will not accept items without a sewn in Iris Impressions tag.

Please contact our Sales Department at sales@irisimpressions.com prior to sending back any merchandise so that we can prepare for the arrival of your package and get your replacement out to you sooner. This will also allow us to discuss your replacements options with you. If you have purchased a "one-of-a-kind" item we will always try to send you merchandise that is similar to the item you purchased. Unfortunately, we can not send a replacement item from the website stock if you did not make your purchase online however we can find you something similar in our warehouse inventory.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE GUIDELINES:

- Merchandise can be exchanged at any time within 30 days (14 days for items purchased from a retail location) after recieving order.
No refunds available; only merchandise credit, exchange or replacement.
- All returns must include a copy of receipt/invoice, your contact information and a reson for the exchange. (See return instructions below)
- Items must be returned, unused and in their original condition (e.g. items can't be worn, washed, damaged or otherwise altered).
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
- Customer is required to pay the shipping costs for any products that are returned. Shipping cost  for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages is non-refundable, unless we made an error.
- All Sale items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted. Items marked as  *Final sale* are not eligible for returns.
- Allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed.
- In the unlikely event that an item you received is defective, the item must be returned within 14 days from the original day of receipt.
- Please contact the sales team via email at Sales@irisimpressions.com prior to retun to inform them that you will be returning items to avoid lost or misplaced merchandise.
- Any returned merchandise that does not follow our return guidelines WILL NOT be processed and no credit or exchange will be given. Please see return instructions below.

International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

If  purchased from a vendor, please refer to the return policy of the location where purchase was made. We advise that that you first contact the location where item was purchased and allow them the opportunity to assist with your concerns.  If this is not possible, please contact our Sales Department at sales@irisimpressions.com to discuss exchange options and shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. Iris Impressions charges a flat return shipping fee of $50 for clothing, $10 for DVD's. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please enclose an accepted form of payment with return. Iris Impressions does not pay or reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on international shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • A copy of receipt/invoice
  • Contact information including name and phone number
  • Return Address
  • A note explaining the reason for the return and the action to be taken -- Credit or Exchange
  • An accepted form of payment to cover shipping costs (non-web & international orders)

IMPORTANT: Contact sales@irisimpressins.com before returning any merchandise. Please check sewn garment label to confirm that item is manufactured by Iris impressions before returning any merchandise. We will not process items without a sewn in Iris Impressions tag.

SHIPPING RETURNED MERCHANDISE:

For your protection, we highly recommend that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. We are not responsible for lost returns. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
